Q. Is BarXMprep affiliated with the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE)?

A. BarXMPrep does not represent the NCBE. It is not affiliated with, nor sponsored by the Conference.

The BarXMPrep course is independently offered to prospective bar examinees and is neither approved nor endorsed by the NCBE or its affiliates. Some BarXMPrep copyrighted materials may be similar in type and content to those employed by the NCBE but these have been composed and written independently without factual content reference to those offered by the NCBE.

Copies of past exam questions, notes, outlines, etc., may be purchased at a minimal cost directly from the NCBE. These are recommended by BarXMPrep.
