Upon receipt of Bar XM Preparation materials you may review them at no risk for up to three (3) days. If you believe that the materials may not support your successful attempt to pass the bar exam, or you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return them to us. So long as you have not had the materials for more than three (3) days and they have not been marked, defaced, or reflect photocopying, your purchase price will be refunded.

NOTE: The delivery date, post mark and shipping dates will reflect binding supportive information. Returned materials received after expiration of time limits will not be accepted and will be promptly returned to sender C.O.D.
