The BEP/BXMP web site is the property of Bar Exam Preparation, Inc. It is protected by the United States and International copyright laws. All proprietary rights are reserved to Bar Exam Preparation, its licensors and assignees. You may not sell, share, reproduce, transmit, copy, photocopy, or duplicate the materials in any form.

Exclusions and Warranties
No warranties of any kind are made with respect to the BEP/BXMP web site information and materials. BEP/BXMP warrants that the materials provided are meant to present educational examples and will be reasonably current, substantially accurate and free from gross error. BEP/BXMP expressly excludes and disclaims any and all express and implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a a particular purpose. The materials are delivered and accepted "AS IS".

Limitations of Liability
In no event shall BEP/BXMP or its employees, agents, licensees, or contractors be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive or multiple damages of any kind. Any action or claim against BEP/BXMP must be brought within (1) year following the date the claim first accrued, or the claim shall be deemed waived.

Choice of Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without reference to any conflict of laws principles.

Entire Agreement
This is the entire agreement between the parties and provisions thereof may not be modified or waived except in writing by both parties.
